Hi all, my boss has asked me to fix his Panasonic kxp7105 printer.
The problem is that it prints fine but the printer turns the paper a gray colour instead of leaving it white.
Me and my colleague were convinced that this problem was down to the Photo conducting unit(drum unit). Unfortunatly this did not fix the problem leaving my boss quite annoyed because this part cost him around £90!!

Any ideas?
