I have a Toshiba windows 7. I lost my start up for the second time in a few weeks. I was able to do a recovery but this time It wont let me. could someone help me? Oh yeah, the screen flashes at time on a irregular base. Thanks

"lost my start up" is not very helpful. Can you be more specific in describing the problem?

Are you saying that the computer won't boot or that Windows won't start? Is the hard drive with the Operating System on it listed as the first boot device?
Flashing screen?
