When i try to start my Acer TravelMate 244LC the screen never turns on, and the computer beeps 4 times(1-1-1-1, with the same delay between each beep).
I have tried to seach for the beep code, and someone told me that i might be a phoenix Bios so i should look at their codes, but i can't seem to find any 1-1-1-1 code.
Is there someone who knows what the error is ? and how to solve it ?
Did you ever get this resolved? My 220 is doing the same thing. Was bios password protected and while resolving this the beep and shutdown started. Not a clue.
