I need to contact my network administrator but I don't know how. If I could call him/her that would be great but I just need to contact him/her.

It would be a bit hard for anyone here to help you if you don't know who your network administrator is. You may was well post "I need to contact my doctor but I don't know who he/she is, can you do it for me?". Mind Reading is a few years away form reality so you actually have to inform others about what is going on till that happens.

Ask someone else at your work who the network admin is.
