Have been watching newegg for some time now waiting for a good deal and also because I cannot decide which LCD to get with my new system. I've been looking for a 19" 8ms LCD and today when I look there is a widescreen model for the same price as the regular models I've been looking at. Here is the link. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16824163130

Company is AG Neovo and I've never heard of them. All reviews on the site say it's an awesome monitor. Would you recommend a widescreen if you could get it this cheap or should I go with a regular sized screen. I mostly play games on the computer.

My other options I'm looking at is a Rosewill - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16824021019 and a Viewsonic - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16824116363

I've been leaning towards the Rosewill because of the better price and good reviews even though I know nothing about them. What do you all think?

I know nuthink bout that skreen.

But Vista is allegedly widescreen optimised...
Widescreen to enjoy now and later!

I prefered the 2405FPW widescreen, my eyes thank me.

kobe008,

dont want to be too long winded but i live in the uk and along the road from me is a small group of about 10-15 small shops. in the main one their is a small screen advertising the local shops and it is a AG Neovo lcd panel . don't know if that means they are more business orientated and trying to break into the mainstream market or what but whoever installed the advertising service must have chosen them for a reason.

pretty pointless story perhaps but hope this helps.
