This LCD TV claims 8ms response time. Is this the same response time measurmenet for PC Gaming? IF so is 8 ms for this size enough to game without ghosting on live servers (mmorpgs)

My goal is to find a 20+inch LCD I can play MMO Games on my PC without ghosting
