i have nec versapro va60h laptop with mobile celeron 600 running at 1.6V, i wanna upgrade to mobile p3 700/550 at 1.65/1.35V, but my cpu only run at 550 even with AC plugged in, so i guess my system is locked at 1.6V, how can i raise the voltage to run my cpu at max speed?
