Set up a phone to use wifi

Hello,
I recently purchased a cect X1 mobile phone.
While wifi is not listed as one of its capabilities, while scrolling through the settings, it appears that the phone may be able to take advantage of a wireless network.
I've tried working with the settings for a while but have been unable to find a usable configuration.
Anyone with any help would be appreciated.
