How much of a performance difference is there between a Centrino 1.3 and 1.4? It costs 200 dollars Canadian (about 140 US) to upgrade to 1.4. Is it worth it?

Well, the 1.4 is a little faster.
Excel will open a little faster, games will play a little faster, Windows will start up a little faster.

Are you looking for exact figures?

I don't think it's worth $200 but would still upgrade to it were it my decision.
