There are two administrator accounts set up on XP Home Edition, but only one
can burn CDs. The other account access is denied. How can this be changed
so both accounts can burn CDs?

Hi Donna,

What software are you using to do the burning? The native burning program
would be available to all users, whereas a third party product is sometimes
limited to the account that was used to install it. Most have utilities
available for download to correct this.
