Hello, I am trying to backup data into a new 3 tb seagate hardrive from a 1.5 Tb hardrive. when I move the files, the system volume information folder reads not accessible

whats connected to what? need more information... is it in the same computer? I see you tried writing your scenario in the Forum Post section and it got cut off.
