My Dell computer is now requiring an F1 before it will go into windows
every time before it starts.

I checked the BIOS and I don't have quick boot enabled. I can't see
anything else that would affect the boot.

Any thoughts??
Thanks

Hi Jenny,

In my opinion its best to ask DELL tech support about this. Since this incident takes before even
the Windows boot sequence starts, it is beyond the scope of this newsgroup.

I was given the dell. When I opened it, there are no sata drives.
Changing the bios from auto to off for the sata drives fixed it.
Thanks!!!
