How can ? I have a black and white theme on windows 7

Hello, I want to know how it"s possible to have only black theme on windows 7 . I mean : everything's black and white . I didn't find any ste to explain how can I do . Could you tell me where I can find a site with black and white theme for windows 7 and how install it . Thank you

Go to the control panel, under Appearance and Personalization, there is a "Change the theme" option. Click on that, and then if you scroll all the way down there are some "high contrast" options.
