Some files will not open from taskbar Tags: Internet Explorer Taskbar Windows 7 Last response: August 15, 2012 10:23 PM in Windows 7 Share coreyws August 15, 2012 9:27:03 PM I have internet explorer on my task bar and if i try to open it, it doesn't do anything. I can only see it at a very small size if I hover my mouse over the icon. It will also not open from the start menu. Any ideas?
