Im wondering if there is another way to detect/setup other PC's running 98 or ME on the same network without using Home Networking Wizard...(Sigh, reason why I'll always appreciate my ol 2k system). Any sites that specialize in getting peak network performance out of these 9x OS'es?
Things is things. Gotta clean and move all my furniture this morning; shampooed the carpets over the past couple of days (what's left of them) and washed all the walls. Next ... the ceilings. Ugh ... hope I don't end up like Michelangelo! LOL!
Hopefully, this will tide me over until the end of the July. Then I plan on sanding my back deck, replacing a few nails, and then doing some staining and waterproofing. While fighting the dogs, who are shedding in a heroic fashion.
This was the year for the delayed household projects to get completed. It's in the back of my mind that I might end up putting the house on the market in a year or so, depending on what happens with my family. Not everyone is in good health, and I don't have time to care for two people ... one is all I can handle, at the moment.
In the meantime, though, I'm still trying to participate, and not drop off the face of the planet permanently. Send me some stuff (if you can) while I have this three week gap of free time, and let's see what's up your sleeve! After all, summer won't last forever, and I won't have much to attend to during the rest of the year. It would be nice to be doing something constructive and fun.
