How could I connect my mobile internet to my laptop?

Hello,
I have htc s710, and I want to connect a internet connection on my laptop through my mobile, can any body help to tell the process??? I am using the aircel gprs, and I have IBM thinkpad.

I've seen people connect a laptop to cellphone internet just via the USB socket. I guess you need to read the manual for the HTC -- otherwise cntact HTC or your cellular provider.
