AMD Intel mobile processor performance comparision

How one can compare AMD and Intel laptop processors?
can I say Core i3 = Phenom X3 and Core i5 = Phenom X4??? Where does Turion stands?

I know AMD is always better in Price /Performance ratio, how much it is true for laptop?
