Cricket Phone Charge Issue

I HAVE A CRICKET PHONE THAT I JUS BOUGHT AND I DIDNT CHARGE IT FOR LIKE 3 DAYS AND NOW IT ONLY TURNS ON WHEN I PLUG IT IN THE CHARGER AND AFTER A MINUTE OR SO IT TURNS OFF ON ITS OWN. HOW DO I GET IT TO WORK WITHOUT HAVING TO BUY ANYTHING

You are supposed to charge the battery fully before using the phone and it sounds like you didn't do that. You may need a new battery.

To avoid buying anything, if you could go back to the retailer and just say it failed. Given that the product is new, they'll probably replace the battery for free.
