Free download memory card unlocker software

How's the memory card locked? There's a nod beside the memory card where you can use it to lock/unlock the memory card.

actually I have Nokia 2700 cassic and the micro SD Card was inserted in that and by unknowenness or I can say, by mistake it was locked by some password by me and I have forgotten the password. So if possible please help my friends to unlock the same.
