How do i get in touch with verizon

i moved from staten island ,ny to wellington,fla...there was no verizon service available...i have a verizon email address, but cannot go on it....anyone know how i can use from verizon email address ????

Go to www.verizon.com there is a big Support link up top.

Or just call 611 from your Verizon phone, it will take you straight to customer support. They'll help you with this.
