I purchased a refurbished monitor on eBay (Viewsonic p220fb). My question is as follows. If I move it around (like bump it or shake it slightly) it sounds like there is some rattling. It sounds as though there is a cage inside that is rattling back and forth. Is this normal for over-sized tube displays such as the one I bought, or so I need to send it back?

Now, I got a warranty, and seller had 100% feedback so an RMA shouldn’t be too hard to accomplish. Just want to know if I am worried over something that is typically normal.

I believe that is the display mask, thin wires to keep the geometry of the screen correct.
If screen looks good, you mon is good.
