Changing internet explorer colours

How do you change the colours of the toolbars on internet explorer. As i wont
to get rid of the purple.
Internet explorer version- 6.0

The following will remove all OEM branding in IE.

Start>Run and type

rundll32 iedkcs32.dll,BrandCleanInstallStubs

thanks but what do i do now i have put that code into the run bar and pressed
enter but nothing happens.
