alright here's short sweet and to the point.

recently I popped off the right arrow key on my acer aspire 5050 to clean out under it cause it was sticking so I figure maybe some crud got in there. anyways long story short the little hinge that sits underneath the key popped off so I managed to get the bottom piece in and then I can see where the top piece is supposed to go and what's it's supposed to line up with (2 little pins on either side of the bottom hinge) problem is that I can't seem to figure out how to get the top piece on I slide it on and push down and it's like the bottom pics are too big for the openings but they obviously would fit somehow seeing as that's how the key is from the factory. any suggestions, am I doing something wrong or am I just not pushing hard enough to make things seat?

any help would be appreciated

ps key still works minus the cap but it just drives me nuts looking at it

never mind figured it out involved a lot of swearing and popping of very tiny pieces into the holes of other tiny pieces lol
