Downloading Blackrain to an Ipod

Can someone educate me please. My 11 year old wants to download the Blackra1n program from our computer onto his Ipod. Will this program give our computer any viruses and will this or does anyone know if this program will affect his Ipod in a bad way?
Your input would be greatly appreciated as I'm not up on all these different programs.
If it is OK to download is there a particular site he should go to to download it from?
