When my iPod is docked to my PC for charging it generates bleeping noises which mess up the sound of any playback.
Examples below are recorded from the Line Out of the iPod dock (which is usually connected to the aux in on my speakers) , The dock is connected to the PC by USB (The problem is exactly the same with firewire).
Noise audible whilst charging
Noise audible during playback
Noise audible during playback - Firewire/USB cable is disconnected about 21secs in

I don't have a clue why it does this - but it means that to listen through the dock I have to stop it from charging.

Any Ideas?
