I found three pages on the Net with drivers for that modem, but if you can't find the Win2K driver within one of the pages on the first link, it probably doesn't exist. The last two links are for Win9x and NT 4 drivers.

If for some odd reason you are asked for a user name and password at the first site, the user name is "drivers", and the password is "all" (no quotes). It's not a paysite, just some silly requirement to access the search engine.

If you can't find the driver, and Win2K doesn't detect the modem and install a driver automatically, you may be forced to get a new modem.
