I saw the coolest thing the other day, that these HD LCD TVs had DVI inputs to use them as computer monitors as well as TVs. The screen resolutions seemed kind of random, but around 1280x768. Which isn't stunningly impressive, but for the coolness factor, I'd put up with it.

And I figure the refresh rate has to at the very minimum be able to do 30FPS without blurring because it's a TV, no?

I don't know when I could actually afford one of these, but I'm so hyped. It'd make for an awesome setup so that I don't need a TV and a computer in my bedroom. Imagine a 26" widescreen LCD TV to play games on. That'd be so cool!

But does anyone have any experience, good or bad, with doing this for a computer monitor? While I don't have any super cool games now, I do plan on playing stuff like HL2, Area51, FEAR, etc. in the future.
