Which Ram should I select?

Hi,

I currently own a AXP1600+ on a A7N8X-X mobo (Nforce2 400) and I´m planning on upgrading to a 2600+-3000+ processor. I think I´ll stay with the FSB333 models. My question is: Should I buy DDR400 Dimm´s or DDR333?

Other thing: I´m also planning to purchase the memory first. Is there gonna be any performance/stability impact with my current FSB266 processor? Or It won´t simply run?

I´d get DDR400 to leave room for future overclocking. Most 166MHz FSB CPU´s can do 200MHz FSB easily, and no there´ll be no problem running DDR400 with your current CPU.
