I've been looking for an extra portable lcd screen to travel with my laptop. I'm looking for something that's ideally 17", thin, light, and reasonably durable (can be packed in a luggage destined for the cargo bay of an airplane). I've tried the one from Shuttle, but its too bulky, the glass front makes it heavy and it begging to get cracked. After two cross country trips, the frame is already slightly bent.
