Since I installed the softwware I can't access to the OSD, only the OSD software and not even when my computer is off! The buttons are not working so what happened, how to fix that?

Try unplugging your monitor's power supply for a while. Sometimes logic gets "stuck." I can't really think of a reason why your monitor's OSD function would get disabled. Your PC has no control over it.

I didnt unplug anything and now it's working but it's odd sometmes it works then sometimes it doesn't :?
