Hello!

About to order a laptop. And im thinking of Asus, is that a good choice? I like the 2 year warranty, many others just have 1 year.

And in gaming performance, which GPU is to prefer between Geforce 8400 and Radeon HD 3470?

And last question :) Im not sure which to choose between 15" and 17"! I will use it for both work/gaming/different programs. Is 17" too big and clumpsy? Which you prefer?

I have a 17 inch laptop myself (Dell Inspiron E1705)

Its big, heavy and clumsy. I wished I woulda bought a smaller laptop.

I'm going to turn myself into a 'Anti gaming laptop fanboy' because they are such a waste. I think its best to have an awesome desktop computer for gaming, and have an awesomely portable laptop for work and web browsing (light tasks basically).

Thats why im trying to sell my laptop and get something like an EEE PC,lol

Asus is a nice brand.

The 8400 and 3470 won't give you much in terms of gaming - what games are you going to play?
I would never game on anything less than an 8600m GT. The GS is a cheaper alternative - but it depends on what games you play.

17" is pretty big...if you aren't going to game a lot, go with a 15.4".

What are you planning to do with the machine?
What is your budget?

And don't dismiss gaming on a laptop. It's expensive, yes, but the mobility is GREAT. trust me.
