Hello, I have an axim x5 I bought used and can't get it to sync or establish a partnership. My computers appear to recognize it because in My Computer it show up as mobile device. I don't have a cradle but just the cable. Is there something else I'm missing?
You may need some software running on the computer before it'll work with the Axim -- have a look at Dell's site. Use the service tag ID label on the Axim or its packaging to speed your path thru Dell's support site.
