I recently purchased this product and wow what can I say the product is brilliant.

The main reason for my post however is to thank Matt from Medusa HQ who came to my help when I had a problem with my Microphone (I ripped the head off whilst eagerly unpacking the new product)

I managed to contact Matt (Medusa-USA) from these forums and well the customer service that Medusa offer in particular you Matt was fantastic, all I can say is thank you very much. I received a replacement mic within 24hrs, now that is service and I am still gobsmacked.

I would strongly advise any people looking to invest in headphones/mic for gaming to seriously consider getting this product. Not only is it a great product but is backed up by a great support team

I also have these and they are awesome. My only complaint is that the padding on the ears can come off. That and the thing is a beast to wire on a 50 pound case.
