It does not come back after hibernating.

I usually use the hibernating function on my laptop, however, recently, it
does not come back after hibernating. If there is some problem on
hibernating, what should I check out? Since May this year, it had been
working well, but from last week, the problem came up. I don't know why.

Summary:
OS: XP Pro SP2
Laptop: DELL 700m
Memory: 1GB
HDD: 80GB (Free: 30GB)
