Hi .

I recently upgraded from a 17" crt to an 17" hp 1740lcd .

PROBLEM : games like battlfield 1942 , LOTR 2 only give an 1024x768 highest res option .

Juiced gives a 1280x1024 option . Desktop is running at 1280x1024 .

Why would some games not give 1280x1024 res ?

I have used win generic driver and HP driver , same result .

Any help welcome !!!!
