Problem with my LCD - green areas

First of all, let me give you my specs:

2.4Ghz pentium 4
768MB RAM
nVidia 6600GT
some really old Asus Mobo

My LCD is a Proview HD-872, and starting today, seemingly random green spots have been appearing on the screen. I have tried the obvious things like restarting my computer, turning my lcd on and off, and installing the latest video drivers. None of that has worked.

I dont know what else there is to say about the problem. Any help will be much appreciated ^^

one thing though, looking at your desktop i seen your using ad-aware. get rid of it it is useless. try spybot it is far more effective. after switching to spybot it found a heap of stuff and is capable of fixing more problems than ad-aware ever could.
