Kingmax Memory, any reasons not to use?

NewEgg has some Kingmax PC3500 512GB sticks on sale for $79. Does anyone have experience with Kingmax Memory? I am planning on upgrading my CPU and want to OC to 400MHz fsb and need to upgrade my memory to match! I would go with Crucial XMS if this Kingmax isn't any good. I am using it on an Asus A7N8X Deluxe and I know the Crucial works well with this mobo

The KingMax is fine, but for overclocking the XMS is the best.

Well, the Kingmax is clocked at more than 400MHz and the processor will be OC'ed to 400MHz. Will the Kingmax run at 400MHz without a hitch? there was on review on the NewEgg site that said it did great with the setup that I am going to have - same Mobo, same CPU and the Kingmax memory.

Just not sure about the reputation of Kingmax.

if you're not OCing the RAM the KingMax will do fine.
