I'm interested in buying the Samsung 215TW 21" Widescreen monitor, I know that the monitor is very new, but I was wondering if anybody has yet experienced how that monitor works in games? I play a lot of FPS games and I want a fast monitor though I'm not extremely demanding about afterglow.
There's nothing wrong with the 215TW. I just replied to "WhiteZero" with that answer because I felt his answer wasn't especially nice. Maybe I misjudged him, maybe not. But I *did* try to google for a review at the time when I wrote that post but the monitor was so new then that there was no reviews out. Even now is the reviews are quite scarce.
So I only sold the 215TW because the Dell 2407 is bigger and with higher resolution, the both monitors are quite alike on the specs.

What's better about the Dell? I just bought the 215TW and it seems fine.
My only issue with the 215TW is in comparing it to a previous Sony 19", where the black end of the gray scale seems to be compressed somewhat, or maybe its that the colors are compressed in that area too. Tried playing around with gamma on the video card but didn't seem to make a whole lot of difference.
That's probably because the black color on most LCD's aren't as black as they are on a CRT, though it should be good enough for almost all use.
