If you have connected the boardband to Ethernet port, look for updated
network card drivers first.

Dear LL,
When posting to the newsgroups, if you can give us enough information
to go on, we can try to help you. By that I mean, what version of XP
(SP1 or SP2) are you using? When did this problem first appear?
(installation of new hardware/software) Have you looked in Device
Manager for problems with drivers not being loaded for your network
card? Do you have both a dial-up modem and network card installed at
the same time?
Also, you will find that the folks here shy away from answering
questions posted in an IM chat fashion.
For detailed solutions, we require detaled information.
Please include any information that will give us the upper hand in
helping you out.
Thanks,
Treeman
