Well i bought this awesome little laptop from cyberpowerpc two weeks ago and i think it has produced some awesome numbers so here we go.
Chassis - MSI 1634 (same as GX610 w/o stickers)
GPU - Mobility HD 2600 (not XT) Clocks-600/700
CPU- Tl-60 (2.0 GHz)

I have been overclocking and testing all week. I'm still not done and i will have some screenies up soon.

3DMark06( I know, Not totally accurate Blah Blah...)

1280x800 ------- 4638
SM2- 1641
SM3- 2144
CPU- 1668
------------------------------------------------------------
Crysis 1.2 @1024x768
Med- Textures, Shadows, Shaders, PostProcessing, Water
Low- Objects, Volumetrics, Game Effects, Particles
High- Physics, Sound
Motion Blur Off
------------------------------------------------------------
Time Demo (4th Run)
Lowest FPS- 29.13
Average FPS- 46.34
Highest FPS- 58.30
Time- 43.16 seconds
------------------------------------------------------
These were all run with the CPU @ 2.22 GHz 1.15V, GPU @ 688.5 Core, 729 Memory. Windows XP FTW!!! 2Gb DDR2 667 @ 370 MHZ. One more Megahertz and BAM!!! BSOD. I will eventually get 4 gig of PC6400.

I hope this sparks the interest of anyone who wants to game on the cheap. My configuration with an 80 gig HD and no OS cost $840.
Feedback Please!!!

That is really nice - I just ran it on my dedicated gaming laptop (XPS M1710, T7600@2.83GHz, Geforce Go 7950GTX@650/740) at that resolution, and got 6445.

whoa! cool. Its funny, i just ran the crysis bench with the card overclocked and the cpu at 2 ghz, then ran it again when the cpu upped to 2.2 and it increased my minimum frame rate by 10 frames!!! I need to get the 65nm version of the tl-60 to cool it down and some ddr2 800 so i can clock it to 2.4 ghz. Right now my crummy ram won't let me overclock much.

Which PLL did you on ClockGen? Please tell me, because I have the same notebook! Do you think it would work on Vista as well?

i used one of the 954 ones??? im not sure im at work right now. i refuse to use the "Vista". The performance hit is too great.
I also don't think the 2600 can handle a higher resolution than 1280x800. I will post again with the correct pll.

Hey i might buy this but i want to know if it could play the Elder Scrolls
and an online game called F.E.A.R. Combat.
i mean i know it has 256 of vid memory, but i want to make sure that i can play without it over heating or freezing frames or any crap like that!
i know crysis is hard for a computer but i kinda dont understand, if the benchmark went ok, very-good, crappy, or bad.
thanks

I tried some test and cpu wont get over 80°C but im now in other city and colder climate so:p ......I dont know.....but GPU clock wont still work for me.....still same problem......maybe its cause am using WIN 7..... i will be searching for some new tools optimized for win 7..:p

Hey there, I have this laptop for a year now, using win 7, default clocks, and I have problem with overheating.. During gameplay some hw-difficult game ( like Anno 1404, fallout 3, grid ) after about half an hour temperature rise 85 degrees celsius on CPU and GPU and the notebook just shut himself down.. So everything is unplayable. Have you experienced something similar you guys ?

try this ......if u use it in dust places.... wheres lots of dust or surf at home in bed or so...... try to use a vacuum cleaner and clear up your vents from dust...... it helps me to keep my notebook cool..:p  and if it wont help.....try to buy a coolingstand with a went or so.....just if I put my back of notebook on book it helps cuz there is higher airflow..... it takes cool air from bottom side...so if u make it stand on something it helps......

my idea of cooling notebook stand...... http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/Products.aspx?C=1135

just ask some guy in shot..:p

Sorry for the NEcro bump but just to answer a few questions...

@Anonymous, That is pretty impressive. no offense taken. :)

@Doder
i have reseated my heatsinks about a thousand times over the years so I can't help much with the experience. i can tell you that after reseating the heatsinks, i haven't had any "stock" overheating troubles.
