Dell TV 26"LCD

My Dell TV is 2 months out of warrenty and now won't turn on. It started about a week ago. I would turn it on sit down to watch it and then it would just turn off. Sometimes it would turn back on with the remote other times it wouldn't but it would with the button on the TV. Now it won't turn on at all. Well it will start to, the light on the button will come on but then it will shut right off. All that Dell will tell me is that for $700.00 they'll send me another one. I've called a few repair places around and they don't work on Dell's cause there not trained and can't get parts. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
