Acer Laptop Restoration Problem?

Holy Hell! My Acer laptop has been screwing up, thanks to my sister deciding to click ads on Myspace. So, I am trying to fix it myself, as it now is loaded with Spyware and Trojan Horses. I cleaned out 99.9% of them, but this one damned program is the main cause of the Spyware. I searched and searched and did all I could, but I can't remove it. If I load the laptop in Safe Mode, it won't allow me to take it out manually that way. It sometimes won't even load in safe mode. So, I'm trying to use System Restore on my laptop - mainly because I can not find the disks and do not plan on waiting/paying for new ones. But the problem is, System Restore won't work. I select a certain date, and it starts to load with it, but then closer to the end, as it does it, it fails and gives me an error message. It does this on any restore point. So, I need help! Is there anyway I can restore the whole thing without a CD? Is there a way I can fix System Restore? Is there a place where I can get the data for restoring the system so I can put it on a blank CD? Help!
