After a minor incident my colors have gone very dark. I belive I entered the service menu by a misstake and got the colors changed. And now I can redo it. So what Im loking for is how do I get axx to the service menu?

I know that I'm way too late, but here is an answer:
Push "MENU" while switching on the monitor. You will get a complete new set of parameters.
In your case I'd suggest an EEPROM corruption, which is pretty often a problem with this modell.
