I have tried almost all the ways depicted here by different forum members to open the .dat files in windows 7.but for me it doesnt work out.plz help.
I do not know which programme created it nor do i know which programme and how can i open it.
it is sent to me by govt authorities.i.e.it is an application letter which i filed for visa purpose and which was sent to me via email.
plz send the answer thru mail as i am posting this for the first time here and so do not know about the way this forum works and so may not visit here,but do intend to visit in future,so am adding it into My favourites secton.
