You may be slgihtly pushed with that budget to get all of those things in. most laptops sub £500 seem to have 2gb ram and not finding alot with bluetooth. this one seems pretty good value but no bluetooth but for abotu a tenner you can get a cheap dongle for that.

theres also soem decent acer laptops on there which i recommend as i love my acer. but above are two examples of pretty decent buys below £500 that are pretty near what your looking for
