I have XP SP2. Suddenly a strange performnace problem started: Whenever
I try to e.g. right click on a file in just seems to hang for 1-2
minutes. If I do the same thing from another computer on the LAN the
file system seem to be OK, no temporary hang. I've run Ad-aware and
virus scnning, but nothing helps. De-fragged the disk, no change. But
performance is OK when I get a copy going or similar. But
shutdown/start takes forever (>10min), used to be less than 1min. If I
access the files from other apps (e.g. Tag&Renname) I can right click
and get the menu right away. But in Xp in the Folder view, when i
click on e.g. Edit, it takes a loong time. Any ideas ? The PC is a
3.0GHz P4, multi-threading, using RAID 0 disks, 1GB RAM.

Thanks, Roland
