You could also try removing it using a program called Revo Uninstaller, which will look into the registry and the entire system for traces of it on the computer and give you the option of removing them.
You can also try something called JavaRa found HERE .
That link provided absolutely nothing constructive. The information it provided was only for using the add/remove programs built into Windows which the poster already said they had tried and that it had failed.
Did you just post here to criticise or do you have a problem? Raising a six month old thread without actually asking a question nearly got your post deleted. If you have the same problem as the original poster, did you try the Revo Uninstall suggestion?
