Please suggest me a Laptop out of these choices.

I am Bharat from New Delhi India, I want to buy a new laptop up to
Rs.30,000. And I have found three laptops that could suit my needs
will be installing windows xp (i have the licence CD).The
configuration of both the laptops is given below. please suggest me
which one to go for.
