Mercy replacement needed (Austria 3/1 F1904B)

The game ripple on USTX needs someone to takeover Austria. This is a full
press novice game from the DipPouch queue system, but there you will have
only one unit remaining after adjustments.
Please help out a game that has seen Austria be late the last 7 turns in a
row.
