Help me choose laptop...

Hi, I need an laptop for college (IT -bussiness)
which will be resonably fast and can do light/medium
gaming in between classes

here's what I've got

4_Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop?

I need something for school that goes in an laptop backpack.

5_How much battery life do you need?

I don't know.. much I guess.

6_Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?

UT3 on lowest settings with smooth FPS (is even possible in this price range?)

7_What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo / Video editing, surfing the web, playing music, watching movies, Etc.)

I'll use this laptop for programming. I also need wirelessnetwork 802.11B/G

8_How much storage (H.D.D Capacity) do you need?

250 gb minimum....

.. the problem I'm facing is that it has to be most preferably from dixons.nl ...
the price is higher than at say....
www.4launch.nl ... but I can pay off the thing in mothly rates and get it insured against theft and damage.

should I buy it from dixons or should I buy it from 4launch.nl and find an insurance company.. :S

asus and HP look pretty good when I look at specs and price...
